JC Relocation (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. We only collect what we need to respond to you and prepare your moving quote.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote or contact form, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, your moving-from and moving-to locations, home or office size, preferred move date, and any notes you add. Like most websites, our host also records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in server logs.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your request, prepare and discuss your quote, and arrange your move. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How form submissions are handled
Quote and contact forms on this site are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, which forwards your submission to our email inbox. Your details are handled according to Web3Forms’ privacy policy in transit, and by us once received.
Cookies & analytics
We measure how this site is used so we can improve it. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights run on every page; they set no cookies and do not identify you.
We also use these tools, which may set cookies and record your approximate location, device, browser, and the pages you visit:
- Google Analytics, which measures how people arrive at the site and which pages lead to a quote request
- Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session activity such as clicks and scrolling so we can see where the site is confusing
We ask before setting any of these. Decline and the site works the same, and you can change your answer any time with .
What you type into the quote form is masked and is never recorded by these tools. We do not sell your personal information. You can also turn cookies off in your browser settings, browse in a private window, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Unfinished quote requests
If you start a quote request and leave without sending it, your browser keeps what you typed for one hour so you don’t have to start again. It stays on your device, it is never sent to us, and it is erased as soon as you submit. You can clear it yourself with “Start over” on the form.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve shared, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just email staff@jcrelocation.com or call (408) 687-5490.
