Information we collect

When you submit a quote or contact form, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, company name if you’re moving a business, the services you need, your moving-from and moving-to addresses, home or office size, when you’re moving, how you heard about us, any notes you add, and whether you want text updates. Like most websites, our host also records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in server logs.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to respond to your request, prepare and discuss your quote, and arrange your move. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How form submissions are handled

The quote form sends your request to our own server, which passes it to our team. We keep it to prepare your quote and arrange your move.

We send your request to our inbox, and email you a confirmation of it, through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend receives everything you entered in the form.

SMS and Text Messaging

Our quote form has an optional box for text updates about your quote and move. If you tick it, we use your phone number and your text consent only to send the quote and move updates you asked for, and we record when you opted in.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. The full SMS terms are in our Terms of Service.

Cookies & analytics

We measure how this site is used so we can improve it. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights run on every page; they set no cookies and do not identify you.

When you send a quote request, our analytics record the service, the move size, and the cities you entered, so we can see which services and areas bring in requests. They never receive your name, phone number, email address, or street address.

We also use these tools, which may set cookies and record your approximate location, device, browser, and the pages you visit:

• Google Analytics, which measures how people arrive at the site and which pages lead to a quote request
• Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized session activity such as clicks and scrolling so we can see where the site is confusing

We ask before setting any of these. Decline and the site works the same, and you can change your answer any time with cookie choices.

Clarity’s session recordings mask everything you type into the quote form. We do not sell your personal information. You can also turn cookies off in your browser settings, browse in a private window, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Unfinished quote requests

If you start a quote request and leave without sending it, your browser keeps what you typed for seven days so you don’t have to start again. It stays on your device, it is never sent to us, and it is erased as soon as you submit. Your agreement to this policy and any opt-in to text updates are never kept, so both are always asked fresh. When a saved request is restored the form says so, and you can clear it yourself with “Start over”.

Your choices
