Anything where the usual two-people-and-a-dolly approach is the wrong answer. That’s normally because of weight, value, fragility, awkward shape, or the fact that it doesn’t fit through a door assembled. Pianos, vending machines, and gym equipment are common enough that each has its own page; everything else is worth a conversation.

Extra padding, corner and edge protection, careful loading position, and custom crating when it’s warranted. We also protect the route, including floors, doorframes, and banisters, because most damage to a valuable piece happens to the building around it first.

Weight, stairs, doorway clearance, and how far the truck can park from the door are what move the number. Send those details and photos if you have them, and the quote comes back in writing.
