Studios & one-bedrooms
Apartment and condo moves that fit in a single trip, loaded and placed the same day.

A studio, a one-bedroom, a dorm room, one room out of a house, or just a few pieces. Small moves get a real crew, real equipment, and the same care as a full-house job.
Not every move fills a truck. Plenty of moves are a studio across town, a one-bedroom into a new apartment, a kid's room out of a house, or the eight or ten pieces that matter. Those jobs are easy to get stuck on: big van lines quote them like full relocations, and rental trucks leave you to carry a dresser down three flights by yourself.
Small moves and small loads are work we actively want. You get a professional crew with dollies, straps, and moving blankets, furniture padded and wrapped the same way it would be on a five-bedroom job, floors and doorways protected, and a written quote before anyone lifts anything. Small doesn't mean rushed, and it doesn't mean careless.

Apartment and condo moves that fit in a single trip, loaded and placed the same day.
One bedroom out of a full house, a home office, a garage, or a nursery, rather than the whole place.
A bed, a couch, a table and chairs, and the boxes that go with them. No need to invent a full move.
In and out of student housing, including tight stairwells and narrow move-in windows.
Walk-ups, narrow stairwells, and one-elevator buildings are normal conditions here, planned for in the crew size.
Moving less than you own, so the keepers go to the new place while the rest stays behind.
Our small moves & small loads service is a great fit for a wide range of moves. If you’re in any of these situations, we can help.
Clear pricing up front and a real person in your corner the whole way. No guesswork, no surprises on move day.
Share your locations, home or office size, and ideal date. It takes about a minute online, or call and we’ll take the details over the phone.
We follow up with a clear, itemized estimate so you know what to expect, with no hidden fees or surprise charges on move day.
Our crew arrives on time and equipped with blankets, dollies, ramps, and our own trucks, and treats your belongings like our own from start to finish.
We place your furniture and boxes where they belong and reassemble what we took apart, so you can get settled instead of sorting through a pile.
We take small moves. A studio, a one-bedroom, a single room, or a few pieces of furniture are all normal jobs for us. You don't need a full house to book a crew. Tell us what's moving and we'll size the crew to the job instead of quoting you like a full relocation.
Local small moves are priced the way our other local moves are: by crew size and the hours the job takes. A smaller load usually means a smaller crew and fewer hours. You'll get the details in writing before move day, so there's no guessing.
Sometimes, if you have help and time. What a rental truck doesn't include is a crew that carries furniture down stairs without damaging it, blankets and straps, floor protection, or anyone to blame if a dresser goes through a wall. For a lot of small moves the difference in cost is smaller than people expect once fuel, mileage, and a day of your weekend are counted.
Yes. If it's one or two pieces, our furniture and single-item delivery service is usually the better fit. If it's a room's worth of furniture plus boxes, that's a small move. Either way it's the same crew and the same equipment, and we'll point you to whichever is cheaper for what you're moving.
Regularly. Walk-ups, tight stairwells, and buildings with a single small elevator are normal Bay Area conditions. Tell us the floor, whether there's an elevator, and how far the truck can park from the door, and we'll plan the crew size around it.
Often, yes. Small loads are the easiest jobs to fit into a schedule, so short-notice and same-day small moves are frequently possible when crews are open. Call as early in the day as you can.
