Treadmills & ellipticals
Folded or partly broken down, with the console and screen padded and the deck kept flat.

Treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, cable machines, racks, and weight stacks, taken apart, moved without damage, and put back together at the other end.
Home gym equipment is the category people most often try to move themselves and most often regret. A treadmill is heavy, awkwardly balanced, and has a console full of electronics at exactly the height that hits a doorframe. A functional trainer or cable machine is essentially a steel tower bolted to a weight stack, and it does not go through a standard door assembled.
Most of this equipment is designed to come apart, and taking it apart is the difference between a clean move and a bent frame. Treadmills fold or have their uprights removed, cable machines are broken down to frame and stack, racks come apart at the uprights, and weight plates and stacks always travel separately. A loaded stack is what cracks a frame in transit.
We bring the tools, label the hardware so reassembly isn’t a puzzle, protect consoles and screens, and put it all back together where you want it. Floors get protected too, because dragging a rack across new hardwood is a more expensive mistake than the move.

Folded or partly broken down, with the console and screen padded and the deck kept flat.
Peloton-style bikes, spin bikes, and rowers moved without twisting the frame or scuffing the screen.
Broken down to frame and stack, cables released and tagged, then reassembled and tensioned.
Squat racks and power cages disassembled at the uprights, hardware bagged and labeled.
Plates, dumbbells, and weight stacks moved separately, never left loaded in a frame in transit.
Rubber tiles and mats lifted, rolled, and relaid so the new space is usable the same day.

Yes, and for most equipment it isn’t optional. Cable machines, racks, and larger treadmills don’t clear a standard doorway assembled. We bring the tools, bag and label the hardware as it comes off, and reassemble at the other end so you’re not left with a frame and a bag of unmarked bolts.
Yes. Treadmills are heavier and more awkward than they look. The motor housing puts most of the weight at one end, which is what makes them dangerous on stairs with two untrained people. We fold or partly break them down first, pad the console, and use enough crew for the flight.
Bikes are lighter than most gym equipment but the screen is the expensive part, so it gets padded and protected first. The frame is moved without being twisted or dragged by the handlebars. If it’s coming down stairs it’s a two-person carry, not a one-person tilt-and-roll.
They move separately, always. Weight stacks stay out of the machine and plates come off the rack for transit. A loaded frame flexing on a truck is how equipment gets bent. Plates and dumbbells are dense, so they go in small loads rather than one heroic one.
Yes, and it’s a common job: moving a home gym from a garage to a spare room, or reorganizing a studio floor. No truck needed, only a crew, the right tools, and floor protection along the route.
We do. Studio and office gym relocations are the same work at a larger scale: more units, more disassembly, and a tighter schedule because the space has to reopen. Tell us the equipment list and the access at both ends and we’ll size the crew and the trips.
Just bought a couch, a mattress, or a single big item? We pick it up and deliver it across San Jose and the Bay Area, frequently the same day, without you renting a truck.
